Urban expansion of cities, the growth of shopping malls on their outskirts and the upheaval in retailing due to the exponential deployment of new technology and online sales have accentuated the decline of downtown retailing. For local elected officials and public authorities, one of the major challenges of the coming decades will be the commercial revitalization of town and city centers.
Neither a traditional market nor a food court, we strive to offer something new based around food and new urban consumption habits.
By bringing together the best independent artisans from each region under one roof, these meeting places create a new social fabric and revitalize more or less abandoned city centers. These projects generally cover 1,000 to 2,000 m2 venues. Biltoki currently operates 7 covered markets and is developing fifteen projects in France and abroad.
Biltoki is not a developer. We are the sole primary or delegate tenants of the real estate complex comprising the covered market.
On the strength of our expertise, we design the building to optimize the customer experience.
Thanks to a tried and tested method, we recruit traders who will work in the market. We manage and coordinate the covered market with a dedicated team and run the café Biltoki and market kitchen in partnership with a renowned chef.
The design :
Implementation study, analysis of the positioning of the covered market and programming of the offer

Preparation and organization of the project :

Administration and coordination :
