A lively market

This is the eldest in the family! The very first covered market to be created in 2015! On the one hand, a traditional market of 22 artisan-traders hand-picked for the quality of their products and their know-how. On the other, Cuisines du Marché, a space consisting of 8 dining corners where you can sit at large tables to enjoy the products of the market.

At the heart of Biltoki

Jean-Charles Coudret Baker Halles de Talence

Despite my existing bakery being only 50m from the Halles, I was able to increase my visibility, my reputation. My sales remained constant while I made good figures at Les Halles, it's complementary.

Maxime Péan Fishmonger Halles 5 Cantons - Anglet

The place is friendly, people quickly owned the place. We work alongside exciting and passionate traders. That’s a real advantage.

Jean-Pierre Lacaze Poultry seller Halles 5 Cantons - Anglet

Thanks to the market's geographical location and equipment, I can cook local products. I increase my revenues and profits. Today, I have access to the whole surface area of the market, it's a general momentum.

Antoine Augeard Garg'Antoine Halles Bacalan

Les Halles Bacalan bring me footfall and build my reputation in terms of brand and products. The covered market also brings me recognition in terms of quality as that is why the traders are selected. Garg'Antoine has the opportunity to offer a market stall and on-site catering. This has already proven itself abroad and I'm happy to be a player in this type of retailing.

Amaia Uribarri, Truffle artisan Halles 5 Cantons - Anglet

The traditional offer added to hybrid trade has revamped the image of the covered market. Customers are given a rich experience both in terms of tasting in real time and in product knowledge.
